However, that loan deal came to an end, and the Tuscans did not sign him on a permanent basis. Inter Milan and Club Brugge could agree a loan deal for teenage midfielder Aleksandar Stankovic this summer. This according to today's print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews. They report the clubs could change tack as they struggle on a buyback option in negotiations. Advertisement Stankovic, the son of legendary former Inter and Lazio midfielder Dejan, enjoyed an excellent season on loan at Swiss side Lugano last season. Therefore, the Swiss club exercised a purchase option on the 19-year-old. However, Inter swiftly signed him right back via a buyback clause. Inter & Club Brugge Still Stuck On Buyback Clause In Aleksandar Stankovic Talks Now, Club Brugge are very keen to sign Aleksandar Stankovic this summer. And for their part, Inter would be happy to cash in on the young midfielder now that his value has risen significantly.
